Grief Centered Hatha Yoga with Lena
A yoga practice helps us to calm the nervous system, relieve physical and emotional stress, and connect to ourselves, body and mind. The holiday season can be especially challenging for those moving through grief. Together, we’ll practice moving and breathing with presence from a foundation of compassion. A yoga practice teaches us how to move with grace through hardship and struggle, and gives us tools to begin to ground, settle, and find a sense of peace within our own bodies.

Lena has been teaching yoga internationally for 8 years, and currently teaches local classes at Tiny Buddha yoga. She uses this practice to give her strength and patience in her own grief journey, on and off the mat.
A Zoom link will be sent once you register. No prior yoga experience necessary. Make sure you have a mat or carpeted area, water bottle, and a couple of blankets nearby you during the workshop.
