Grief Centered Hatha Yoga with Lena
A yoga practice helps us to calm the nervous system, relieve physical and emotional stress, and connect to ourselves, body and mind. Together, we’ll practice moving and breathing with presence from a foundation of compassion. A yoga practice teaches us how to move with grace through hardship and struggle, and gives us tools to begin to ground, settle, and find a sense of peace within our own bodies.

Lena has been teaching yoga internationally for 9 years; she currently teaches classes and trainings with Modo Yoga. She uses this practice to give her strength and patience in her own grief journey, on and off the mat.
A Zoom link will be sent once you register. No prior yoga experience necessary. Make sure you have a mat or carpeted area, water bottle, and a couple of blankets nearby you during the workshop.
