DESCRIPTION:\nWelcome to GrieveWell’s Grief Book Club, a community of individuals continuing the conversation around grief and loss through reading and connecting with others.\nMeetings will be held in 2024 on 1/9, 1/23, 2/6, 2/20. All meetings will be via Zoom, 7-8 PM EST. Please RSVP to receive the meeting link. The book provides journaling prompts and activities that some readers found very helpful as they navigate their own grief. Obtaining a copy of the book will allow you to write, draw, or take any necessary notes to refer to at later times.
